Midsummer is upon us and the celebs are sporting a lot of floral prints. I like floral's but they can be hard to style because the print is so busy and there's a thin line between pretty and matronly. To me, Penelope Cruz is tiptoeing right around the line but she manages to make that dress work. The best way to keep your floral dress looking stylish instead of plain is the fit (and to pair it with a dainty shoe, ahem-cough-miley, like a flat or sandal).
